Dr. Tabatha Parker, ND, is a licensed* Naturopathic Doctor (ND) committed to holistic, person-centered care that integrates mind, body, spirit, and community. She focuses on identifying root causes of health concerns and supporting the body’s innate healing processes. With a background in full-spectrum primary care, she has experience working with individuals across all age groups, from infancy to adulthood.
Dr. Parker earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) and holds licensure in California (CA-37) and with the Nicaraguan Ministry of Health (MINSA #23016). She is fluent in Spanish and offers care in both English and Spanish.
Her expertise includes support for metabolic and digestive health, hormonal balance, environmental health, and emotional well-being. She specializes in women’s, men’s, and adolescent wellness, with a focus on areas such as stress, anxiety, sleep, ADHD, and systemic imbalances.
Grounded in the principles of naturopathic medicine—including First Do No Harm, The Healing Power of Nature, Identify and Treat the Cause, and Doctor as Teacher—her approach combines clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, lifestyle guidance, and energy-based therapies. Her training includes a 4,100+ hour, accredited four-year naturopathic medical school with over 1,200 hours of supervised clinical practice.
Dr. Parker partners with individuals on a dynamic path to greater vitality—exploring the connections between lifestyle, stressors, and wellness. She helps address both internal and external influences, including emotional stress, past experiences, environmental exposures, and nutrition—offering a truly integrative, whole-person approach.
Beyond her clinical consulting work, Dr. Parker is a global leader in integrative health policy. She has collaborated with PAHO, WHO, and the TCIH Coalition to expand access to holistic health services worldwide. She is a member of the Texas Association of Naturopathic Doctors (TXAND) and the American Public Health Association (APHA).
